7 Yotpo Alternatives for 2026
Yotpo is demo-gated, order-metered, and it exited email and SMS at the end of 2025. Here are seven honest alternatives — and the one that does DAM and social publishing, not just reviews.
Last updated July 24, 2026
The short version
Yotpo is a demo-gated, order-volume-metered reviews and loyalty platform that discontinued its native email and SMS products at the end of December 2025. Every alternative below collects reviews and customer media for on-site widgets and read-only syndication to retail surfaces (Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok Shop) — but none of them, Yotpo included, does a real DAM plus native scheduled social publishing plus usage rights captured at submission the way Jam does. If you only need reviews, Judge.me (flat US$15/month) and Okendo are the standouts; if you want to own and publish your customer media, start with Jam.

1. Jam
DAM + UGC collection + social publishing in oneOur productFull disclosure: Jam is our product. It earns the top spot because it does the one thing every tool on this list stops short of. Yotpo and the rest collect reviews — often with photos and videos — for on-site widgets and read-only syndication to retail surfaces like Google Shopping, Meta and TikTok Shop. Jam adds the layer none of them own: a real digital asset library (DAM), usage rights granted at the moment customer media is submitted, and native scheduled publishing to seven social platforms. It's also genuinely easy to use — an intuitive UI a non-technical marketer or social manager can pick up in minutes, with no training or onboarding. Pricing is flat and published (US$99/month Standard, US$299/month Growth, custom Enterprise) with no order-volume metering, a 14-day trial (no credit card), 14 integrations, and platform-agnostic reach beyond Shopify.

2. Loox
Shopify-only visual photo/video reviews + referralsLoox is the most-loved visual-review app on Shopify (4.9 stars, 8,734 reviews, July 2026), with gorgeous photo/video widgets, review-request emails, referrals and upsells. Pricing on the Shopify App Store: Free, then Convert at US$49.99/month for 300 orders plus US$50 per additional 300 orders, and Unlimited at US$299.99/month. One honest limitation: it is Shopify-only and Convert is order-volume-metered, so the bill climbs as you grow — and, like Yotpo, it has no DAM and no native social scheduler (Loox Studio makes graphics you export and post yourself; syndication is read-only).
Pricing: Free; Convert US$49.99/month (order-metered)
3. Okendo
Premium DTC reviews suite (reviews, loyalty, quizzes)Okendo is a polished, structured reviews suite for Shopify DTC brands — attribute and fit data, Q&A, AI moderation and summaries, plus Loyalty, Referrals, Quizzes and Surveys. It is Sydney-founded, like Jam, which we respect. Verified Shopify App Store pricing (order-volume tiers): Free up to 50 orders, Essential US$19/month, Growth US$119/month, Power US$299/month; the full suite is quote-only. One honest limitation: pricing meters on order volume and it is Shopify-centric, and its photos and videos live inside review widgets — no reusable asset library, no rights-at-submission consent record, and no native social publishing (its TikTok/Google presence is review syndication).
Pricing: Free; Essential US$19/month
4. Judge.me
Cheapest unlimited photo/video reviews, at scaleJudge.me is the budget-friendly volume play: unlimited product reviews with photo/video, and a near-perfect reputation (5.0 stars, 42,132 reviews, July 2026). The standout is the price model — a Forever Free plan and an Awesome plan at a flat US$15/month, notably not order-metered like Yotpo. One honest limitation: it is deliberately bare-bones (lighter analytics and less polished widgets than premium tools) and reviews-only — no DAM, no rights-at-submission, and its 'social' is read-only review sharing/syndication, not owned-media publishing.
Pricing: Free; Awesome US$15/month (flat)
5. Stamped
Reviews plus a loyalty program from one vendorStamped pairs reviews (photo/video plus Q&A) with a loyalty and rewards program, so brands can run both from one vendor (4.7 stars, 3,408 reviews, July 2026). Verified pricing: Reviews from US$23/month at 200 orders, scaling with order volume to US$99, US$199 and custom; Loyalty is a separate line from US$299/month. One honest limitation: the order-metered pricing plus a separate loyalty subscription add up against Jam's flat tiers, and the UGC is review/loyalty content for widgets and syndication — no DAM, no native social scheduler, no rights-at-submission.
Pricing: Reviews US$23/month (order-metered)
6. Junip
Clean modern reviews with a generous free tierJunip is a clean, modern reviews app with a strong migration story off Yotpo, Judge.me or Okendo, and an unusually generous free tier with unlimited review requests (4.8 stars, 1,074 reviews, July 2026). Pricing: Free, Core US$29/month, Growth US$79/month (adds Google Shopping, TikTok Shop, Shop App and Meta Shops syndication), and Premium US$299/month. One honest limitation: retail syndication is gated to Growth (US$79/month) and up, the ecosystem is smaller than Judge.me or Yotpo, and — like the rest — 'social' means review syndication, not a media library or native scheduled publishing.
Pricing: Free; Core US$29/month
7. Fera
Customizable review widgets across platformsFera stands out for highly customizable widgets and support beyond Shopify (Wix, BigCommerce and custom stores), at a low entry price (4.8 stars, 1,980 reviews, July 2026). Shopify App Store monthly tiers: Startup US$9, Small US$29, Medium US$99 and Semi-Large US$199, with a free tier available. One honest limitation: pricing meters on review/order volume and gates storage, admin seats and widgets by tier, so higher plans add up — and photo/video reviews are the whole product: no native social publishing and no DAM, no rights-at-submission.
Pricing: Free tier; Startup US$9/month (metered)

Choosing a Yotpo alternative, answered
What is the best alternative to Yotpo?
It depends on what you need. If you want to do more than collect reviews — actually manage customer media as reusable assets and publish it to social — Jam is the only option here that combines a DAM, usage rights captured at submission and native scheduled publishing to seven platforms, at a flat US$99/month with no order metering. For a cheaper flat-rate reviews app, Judge.me is US$15/month; for premium DTC reviews, Okendo; for visual reviews on Shopify, Loox.
Does Yotpo still offer email and SMS marketing?
No. Yotpo announced in August 2025 that it would sunset its native Email and SMS products, with shutoff at the end of December 2025, to focus on Reviews and Loyalty. Its named migration partners were Attentive and Omnisend. If you chose Yotpo partly for email or SMS, that capability no longer exists — worth factoring into any switch.
Why is Yotpo hard to price?
Yotpo does not publish a complete public price list; its pricing pages are gated behind a demo request, and cost scales with your monthly order volume with overage charges past each tier cap. Secondary sources put the Reviews entry point around US$79/month, but exact figures vary by source. By contrast, the alternatives here publish pricing on the Shopify App Store, and Jam's US$99/US$299/custom tiers are flat and not order-metered.
Methodology: prices checked July 24, 2026 against each vendor's Shopify App Store listing or live pricing page where published (Loox, Okendo, Judge.me, Stamped, Junip, Fera, Jam). Yotpo publishes no complete public price list — its pricing is demo-gated and order-metered, so we describe it as such rather than quoting a single confident figure. Ratings are Shopify App Store counts as of the same date and will drift over time. Found something out of date? Tell us and we'll fix it.
Do more than collect reviews
Jam's pricing is public and flat, and the trial is self-serve: a DAM, UGC collection with rights at submission, and native social publishing in one — free for 14 days, no credit card, no demo call required.
